CAPTRS Announces Advisory Roundtable of Experts

Experts from across sectors come together as CAPTRS grows.

The Center for Advanced Pathogen Threat Response and Simulation (CAPTRS) has welcomed 13 distinguished

cross disciplinary senior advisors to their Advisory Roundtable. These individuals bring expertise in complex systems, AI, naval wargaming, public health, epidemiology, medicine, behavioral economics and communications to the CAPTRS team.

CAPTRS was created in 2022 by Lauren Ancel Meyers, founding director of the University of Texas COVID-19 Modeling Consortium; Phil Siegel, managing partner of Tritium Partners; and Molly Pieroni, founder of MC2 Institute. CAPTRS aims to set a new standard for preparedness through innovative simulation games that equip decision makers with the intuition, skills and systems they need to address future threats.
